The Graphic was composed with computer-generated charms and sigils, questioning the legitimacy of established spiritual authorities and the possibility of digitization in our predicated future.

Lettering work for GILA and Kloxii’s music video NANAO.
‘NANAO’ is a rumination on unrequited love, dreaming of finding common ground but soon realizing you are stuck, alone and vulnerable.
‘NANAO’ is a rumination on unrequited love, dreaming of finding common ground but soon realizing you are stuck, alone and vulnerable.
The music video is a haunting tale of two lovers who find themselves drowning in toxic cycles of entanglement and codependency. Inspired by the ancient Chinese mythological book ‘The Classic of Mountains and Seas’ (山海经 ~300 B.C.), two dancers portray ‘MANMAN’(蛮蛮) a mythical beast formed of two conjoined one-eyed birds. As the video spirals, the two halves undergo a violent process of merging with flashes of fleeting intimacy and tenderness.

This project was created in 2021, with a forward-looking statement in mind: “The past two years have been a blur of immersion in pixels and screens. It feels as though the digital world has taken over the real. As we emerge from this pandemic, we realize the flow between our two worlds, with water as the constant. Join us in a journey of playful discovery through our new reality.”

Researching from 100+ scenarios, use cases, form-factors of some of the most futuristic systems imagined by humans over the past 500 years, we bring to life 70+ real life model of BCI devices that people had imagined in popular culture, trying to answer the one urging question — How far is too far?
During my time there, I played around with BCI devices, made art projects with them, curated 3 art exhibitions, created an on-site installation, designed exhibition collaterals, and re-branded the graphic.
